October: Step into Consistency
In October, our focus will be on steps! The goal is to be consistent with your daily step count.
💪🏽Goal: Gradually increase your daily steps throughout the month.
💪🏽Target: Aim for a set number of steps each day (start where you’re comfortable and build up).
💪🏽Tip: Small changes like taking the stairs or going for a short walk after meals can add up!

As we approach the end of the year, it’s the perfect time to focus on building consistency in small, manageable ways. Over the next three months, we’ll introduce one new element each month, progressively helping you create lasting habits. By the end of the year, you’ll have developed a solid routine that supports both your physical and mental well-being. Let’s make this simple, sustainable, and effective!
October: Step into Consistency
In October, our focus will be on steps! The goal is to be consistent with your daily step count.

November: Move Beyond Walking
November is all about expanding your movement. This month, commit to 10 minutes of any form of exercise beyond walking.
🏋️♂️ Goal: Do 10 minutes of exercise, 5 times a week. You can choose anything – yoga, stretching, strength training, or even dancing.
🏋️♂️Why: Adding variety helps keep things fun while improving strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
🏋️♂️Tip: If time is tight, break it up into shorter sessions, as long as you hit your 10 minutes.
December: Mindful Mornings
In December, we’ll introduce mindfulness. The goal is to start each day with 5 minutes of morning mindfulness.
🧘♀️Goal: Practice mindfulness, meditation, or breathing exercises for 5 minutes every morning.
🧘♀️Why: Starting your day with mindfulness can reduce stress, improve focus, and boost overall well-being.
🧘♀️Tip: Use a mindfulness app, or simply sit quietly and focus on your breathing to get started.
By the End of the Year…
You’ll have built a routine that includes consistent movement and mindfulness, creating lasting habits that will benefit your body and mind. Each month is designed to build on the last, so by the end of December, you’ll be more active and mentally centered, ready to take on 2025 with a strong foundation!

🌸You need to have the Sheets app on your phone to access the google sheets from your phone or can be done from your computer .
It’s free app can download it .
🌸I will strongly recommend you to upload your step count daily that it help you stay consistent and keep accountable .
🌸The sheet will close every week on Monday at 22:00 after which you will not be able to add or make changes to the previous week .
