Open to everyone, regardless of fitness level or mobility, this challenge encourages participants to set personal step goals and track their progress using a pedometer, fitness tracker, or smartphone app.

Participants will enjoy a supportive community with access to motivational tips, virtual group walks, and a platform to share their progress and achievements. Join the IWLUK and FitWithAiesha Individual Step Challenge this June!

Stay Active: Aim to keep moving and stay active throughout the day to keep your step count high.

Track Your Steps: Use a pedometer, fitness tracker, or smartphone app to track your daily step count. You can also track your steps on the IWLUK website.

Weekly Reporting: Every Sunday, a Google Sheet link will be uploaded with participant names. Simply upload your step count to the sheet.

Stay Connected: Stay active on the WhatsApp group. Share your activities, pics, selfies, workouts, or tips on how you are increasing your step count.

Friendly Competition: Remember, it's you vs. you. Focus on personal improvement and enjoy the journey.

Exciting Prizes: The top 3 winners will receive certificates, and the first-place winner will get a free 1-hour nutrition and fitness consultation from FitWithAiesha.
