This initiative is designed to promote physical activity and well-being for all, regardless of fitness level or mobility. Participants are encouraged to set personal step goals and monitor their progress using a pedometer, fitness tracker, or smartphone app.
To enhance the experience and foster accountability, participants are invited to join the challenge with a partner. The challenge also offers a supportive community with access to motivational tips, virtual group walks, and a platform for sharing progress and celebrating achievements. Stay Active: Aim to keep moving and stay active throughout the day to keep your step count high.
Track Your Steps: Use a pedometer, fitness tracker, or smartphone app to track your daily step count.
Weekly Reporting: Every Sunday, a Google Sheet link will be uploaded with participant names. Simply upload your and your partners step count for the week to the sheet.
Stay Connected: Stay active on the WhatsApp group. Share your activities, pics, selfies, workouts, or tips on how you are increasing your step count.
Friendly Competition: Remember, it's you vs. you. Focus on personal improvement and enjoy the journey while keeping your partner accountable.
Exciting Prizes: The top 3 winners will receive certificates, and the first-place winner will get a free 1-hour nutrition and fitness consultation from each FitWithAiesha.
